How to Delete Your Artheek Account

If you wish to delete your Artheek account and associated data, please follow the steps below:

• Send an email to support@artheek.com from your registered email ID
• OR
• Use the in-app "Delete Account" option in Settings

Please include:

• Your registered mobile number
• Registered email address

What Data Will Be Deleted

Upon successful verification, we will delete:

• Profile information (name, email, phone)
• Login credentials
• App usage data
• Stored device identifiers

What Data May Be Retained

As a financial services platform, certain data may be retained as required by Indian regulatory authorities (SEBI / AMFI / taxation laws), including:

• Transaction history
• Investment records
• KYC records
• PAN details (as required by law)

Retention Period

Data may be retained for up to 8 years or as required by applicable financial regulations.

Processing Time

Account deletion requests are processed within 7 business days.
